Mature our School Program

Create a development and advancement plan. (This includes enrollment, recruitment, fundraising, and alternative revenue generation)

Develop and implement a growth plan. (This includes facility plan, staff and leadership capacity, and a capital campaign plan for a long-term facility)

Develop and implement a discipleship plan. (This includes catechizing families to our program and supporting them in their task of discipleship as well as programming at school) .
