2025–2026 Summit Uniform Policy
Why do Summit students wear a uniform?
The Summit uniform policy is designed to foster a focused and unified learning environment. Just as professionals wear attire that suits their role, students wear uniforms to signify their call to learning. This shared appearance fosters a sense of unity, reinforcing that students are part of a team striving toward excellence.
The dress code is designed to:
Foster a sense of unity and shared identity, reminding us that we are part of something greater than ourselves
Reduce the distraction of peer pressure related to dress and helping us focus on what truly matters – our character, actions, and learning – rather than outward appearance
Demonstrate respect for ourselves, our peers, our teachers, and God
Provide a consistently neat and cohesive appearance for all students
Simplify daily decisions for parents and students
Parents are expected to actively support school uniform expectations and students are expected to come in the appropriate attire for the day. The administration is responsible for the determination of the policy, and the enforcement of the policy is the responsibility of parents, administration, faculty, and staff.
