Parents for Summit
As a support and extension of the family unit, Summit Classical Christian School considers the family to be of first importance to a child. God, through His Word, the Bible, indicates that the family is the most important human institution He designed since He compares it to the relationship believers have with Christ and the Father. Therefore, at Summit we are continually seeking ways to actively involve the parents, siblings, and grandparents of our students in the programs of the school.
Parents for Summit (PFS)
Parents for Summit (PFS) is the fellowship of Summit parents working together to promote the ideals of the school, to encourage fellowship among families, and to support the various needs of the teachers and classes. The family atmosphere and efficiency of Summit Classical Christian School thrives on the extensive involvement of our parents.
The purposes of the PFS are to:
Promote the ideals of the school.
Foster a sense of community and parent fellowship.
Facilitate parent involvement.
Coordinate and disseminate information about events sponsored by PFS.
Parents On Campus Program
Staff and students alike love to see parents participating in campus life! What began as “Dads on Campus” has evolved into moms and grandparents also seeking to serve. Whether it’s on the playground, the classroom, or helping out with various needs across campus, we invite you to join in. Sign up on the Volunteer tab of your Parent Portal.
