Kara Thibault (T-Bo) is the Associate Athletic Director at Summit. She has her B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and worked in the luxury hotel market before having kids. Her professional background doesn't include athletics, but years of playing sports, helping with her own kids' sports, a love of all sports, the ability to make a great spreadsheet, and being able to talk to anyone all come in handy. Kara and her husband Curtis have two boys, Cade and Kam. They live in Snoqualmie Ridge and attend Doxa Church in Redmond.
