Mrs. Serena Forrest is the Lower School Variability Teacher at Summit. She graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.A. in General and Special Education, minoring in Psychology, and has a M.Ed. in Exceptional Student Education from Southeastern University. Serena has experience as a K-5 Special Educator in public schools, Early Intervention Specialist with the VA department of health, and Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Summit. She is excited to partner with families to support students in recognizing and stewarding their God-given gifts. Serena moved to WA with her family to be a part of the Summit Life Church plant team in 2017.
