Portrait of Ryan Dudley

Ryan Dudley was born in Moscow, Idaho and raised in between Moscow and Kent, Washington until adulthood.

Ryan graduated from the University of Washington with a BA Economics and a minor in History in 2003. He worked in Seattle, Washington for two different real estate management companies before following in his family’s historical calling to service starting in 2005. For the next 20 years he served in as Firefighter and Emergency Medical Services Technician in South King County. During that time he was commissioned and certified to provide Psychological First Aid for firefighters and their families around critical incidents. He eventually became primarily responsible for the psychological support and training for all agencies in South King County until accepting the opportunity to serve as Dean of Students here at Summit in 2025.

He loves to serve and support individuals and families and looks forward to walking in that calling here at Summit. Ryan lives with his wife, Caryl, and their 4 children in Issaquah Washington and enjoys the outdoors, sports, deep discussions, and good food.
