Molly was born and raised outside of Boston, MA, and graduated from Boston College with a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. After college, she spent two years in Belize with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where she served at a Catholic school and parish. She later worked in accounting, on a farm, and in a variety of homeschool and educational settings.  As a homeschooling parent, Molly developed a deep appreciation for classical Christian education and the cultivation of wisdom, virtue, and a lifelong love of learning. She also ran her own bookkeeping business before joining the Summit team in 2022.

Molly enjoys mountains, paddle boarding, and watching women's soccer.  She attends Downtown Church in Snoqualmie with her husband, Trey, and their four children.
