Family Fees and Due Dates: 

No Application Fee

Pre-K Enrollment Fee $250 – Payable upon enrollment to reserve student’s place for the upcoming school year. This also enables the school to purchase a new desk and chair, supplies and curriculum for the student for the upcoming school year.

New Student Enrollment Fee $400 per student – Payable upon enrollment to reserve student’s place for the upcoming school year. This also enables the school to purchase a new desk and chair, supplies and curriculum for the student for the upcoming school year.

Returning Student Enrollment/Resource Fee $325 per student or $550 after March 1stPayable upon enrollment to reserve student’s place for the upcoming school year. This enables the school to purchase, supplies and curriculum for the student for the upcoming school year.

Building Fee $450 per family, K-10th Grade Only – Building fee provides for facilities maintenance, rent and expansion reserves for the school.  Fees are non-refundable once they are paid.  Returning families must be current on their account balance.  Building Fees are due July 1, 2017.

Parent partnership hours, K-10th Grade Only – Because Summit acts as an extension of the families, each family is required to serve a minimum of 35 partnership hours (17 for half-day Kindergarten).  In lieu of volunteer hours, families may opt to pay $700 per family (35 hours @ $20/hr) at the beginning of the school year or July 1, 2017. If a family chooses to volunteer time and they are unable to fulfill the 35 hour requirement, they must reimburse the school at the rate of $20/hour for each volunteer hour not completed.  Unfulfilled parent partnership hours are due May 1, 2018.

Activity Fee $275 per student, K-10th Grade Only – Covers field trips, transportation, auction projects, consumable workbooks, PE uniforms and FACTs tuition payment management fee. Activity fees are due September 1, 2017.

FINANCIAL AID
If families are interested in financial aid, total tuition is capped at 12.5% gross family household income. If you are a returning family you can apply on FACTS. If you are a new family and not currently enrolled in the FACTS system, please contact the school office to be added to the FACTS system. FACTS is an independent third party management company that administers the family’s data and provides information to Summit. Financial aid applies to tuition only, exclusive of school fees.
